JBaker, have a look at the T20, have a look at the trading restriction over major holdings, do the calcs on SER holders conversion into VXL, plus a fair chunk of the capital at IPO and it is not hard to make the presumption that a very high proportion of equity here is in the hands of LT holders that have been sitting very patiently on this asset, and not about to swoon at some minor SP fibrillations.
Particularly as the asset looks like proving out more valuable than expected.
