I don't rule out the potential for capital raising although this risk and potential amount is low. The budgeted production of PH1 could provide up to ~$4m in operating cashflow (using Adelaide FOB of $1200/t), whilst the EGM presentation stated that "Finance facilities are expected to also provide for working capital requirements over the 2015-2016 construction & commissioning periods "
Unless the company completely stuffs up or has a major issue with PH1 or finds stuff to spend big on then the likelihood of a CR would appear to be low based on what has been provided by the company. Stranger this have happened before.
