my impression while talking to them was using cash flow and financing to get most of the job done and if the opportunity and need arose to raise more then this would be as a value add to existing holders at minimum dilution.. also got the impression they were quite happy with the progress but shared holders frustrations and slowly but surely they want to see value created for company and holders alike
