    At $10.61, something is going on post div. News today shows the CFO talking about outperformance. For a stock that wasn't punished too badly by the GFC it looks to be cashing in on the recovery. Either that or there's more talk of a takeover. Lets face it, its ripe for the picking and I'm sure Terry Davis has got more up his sleeve.
