Why is it taking so long to hear back from the banks? The silence is deafening...did valad just miss the lvr cutoff?
This is taking way too long...it should only take a few days to say 'yeah valad you're good'...the fact it's been 2 weeks means they've picked something up IMO.
There should be no reason for valad to fail this test given they had 70m on balance sheet at June 30.
If she does fail then it could be game over for valad in 12 months
