Understand where you're coming from gself; in AXM's currently fragile condition omissions re production halts/interruptions do have a greater bearing than they'd warrant for a company with a healthy cash position. That said I'm not overly worried about the breakdowns themselves; gear breaks and requires maintenance all the time, sometimes even brand new stuff.

I think the bigger issue is what these interruptions mean for the cash cost of production (along with other things). AXM really has to get this sub $1000 pronto! Currently, it's costing more to produce an ounce that the damn gold price is worth! :(

P.S Just had a quick perusal of their company profile page on Commsec. Under earnings per share forecast for 2010 they've got 3 cents, rising to 6.8 cents in 2011! Where the hell did THOSE figures come from? Even 3 cents is more than the damn share price at the moment. Sounds highly unlikely to me.....I'll look again tomorrow and they'll have changed it again negative or somethings haha Wait, why am I laughing, I HOLD this stock :(
