Weather would play a factor in exploration, but in the construction of a decline would only be affected minorly as by that stage they are using enclosed plant.
Good depth on the buy side but strong depth on the sell side as well. Low volume and no movement. Its a bit of a stalemate at the moment. Almost like each side is waiting for the other to blink first.
