I'm not too sure we'll see $2 in the short term as I think we're caught in the Qld contagion from the floods. On one hand the rebuilding outlook would be a positive for WTP but conversely I'm assuming that the mining services part of the group will be adversely affected due to the mining industry being well & truly underwater.
