"if" they have a partner paying the same milestones as teva was for ATL1102, then yes a 4 cent stock. Who knows even ATl1102 could make a re appearance with same milestione payments along with ATL1103. 8 cents then easily becomes fair value.
Today's price action just confirms that 1.1/1.3 is the buy zone. We still need that news.
