Opposing views is welcoming as long as it contains relevance, logic, facts and intellect.

Its much easier to deal with people who overlook aspects of the company and are over optimistic because they are generally positive people.

Its the dull ones that only focus on the downside that isn't fair to the readers because in my view its a reflection of the way they generally feel about the world, and use the forum to express that. They are the ones that cop the ignore button.

Good posters provide a fair assessment of the company. Both the good and the bad.
