Its fundamentally very cheap however a few very serious issues:
* Japan reported today that they will be scaling back on nuclear and turning to renewables
* Very high levels of radiation detected in Tokyo
* Civil unrest in Malawi could effect one of their operations
* GFC mach 2 on the horizon
There's a wall at $2.00 but I don't think it holds.
Hard to believe its back at GFC 1 levels.
