    Not too long ago, MTE reached a high of 95c and nearly hit the 1.00 mark.

    Then August came. Most of the market has settled back to normal trading, but MTE still seems to be trading much less than its potential.

    There were talks of a JV in late August. Its nearing the end of August, so lets see if anything happens.
