Omorrisey I just telephoned Mr Mourice Garbutt, Company Secretary on 03 9605 5917. Just now I got straight through and he answered on the third ring.
He gave me a good overview but no specifics on what the current negotiations are with Legacy and another party. They are talking about a number of different options for HAW, Mt Bevan and the gold resources.
It a bummer I could not have not got any specifics but he answered my questions to the best of is abilities.
They appear to be still doing a lot of due diligence work. Garbutt did mention that he did not realise how fast time had gone since they started dealing with the solicitors.
You might have some more direct questions that he might be able to answer.......if you give him a call. Awaiting your response Omorrisey re discussions with Mr Garbutt.
