    Springsteel, close to the mark, although my thoughts are Haw probably wanted to spin off the gold when we had a commitment for the term sheet.

    since cancellation of the term sheet there has been no need to waste fiscal resources demerging gold assets and no value updating those who have difficulty reading between lines and tipping off competitors and would be preditores of our intensions. (haw's)
