Coobator, I spoke with MG about one month ago and was advised the same. Nothing will happen with the gold flotation until current negotiations are finalised.
We will just have to wait, I get the feeling that after the next release of drill results at Mt Bevan and the jorc update we may be taken out of Mt Bevan by LCY or a third party.
Then if the gold tenements are not involved in the deal, you should see some movement in the spin-off of the gold co.
