    More missed targets with lame excuses. IMO the CEO is under performing as is the head of Coal, Dave Irwin. The fact they are paying him a retention bonus is just crazy and i can not understand how it is justified. A squandered opportunity in the Coal market due to the continued CEO support of inept management. There is a clear lack of respect for the shareholders. All in my opinion.
