LCY as the largest shareholder have no control over the direction the company chooses to take as they only control ~11% ... If anything came to a shareholder vote. They would be pretty lonely on the "Yes" side, unless the terms were agreeable of course.


If you read the HAW quarterly there appears to be a reasonable chunk of near-surface gold ready for extraction. It's not going to turn us into BHP, but for a small company they don't look ok and should provide some funds sooner rather than later.
We'll know more when the gold results come out this quarter(LCY aren't involved in these ones so there shouldn't be any delays)
