I would certainly expect that.... if Haw sells all of their holdings to let say MR International, it would go to shareholders pro rata. But I am not a lawyer, so ring the company and ask, as they have mentioned the talks in the Quarterly they should also know what their next plan would be. Legally i would think, that they could not use the money for other purposes without shareholder approvals.
