If other potential buyers exist do you really expect them to raise their hands early as to say "I'm in!" or would they likely wait on phase 3 results and analyse other bids before making a move?
A lot of people conduct business in a confidential matter holding their cards close to the chest!
It would be fool hardy to believe Lcy is the only bidder!
