what's going on?

We have an agreement signed with Shanxi and an undertaking to pay - and no money received...why? ... are we still waiting for the officials to approve it?...
We have a man in Chile full time - Antofagasta is supposed to commence drilling this month, I thought - nothing so far - we are negotiating a new basis for use of the technology - we are to be kept informed - no news whatsoever about Chile - has Antofagasta gone off the boil?...
We are exploring for coal with costs that appear to be higher than the spot price of thermal coal which may fall further as all that shale gas is brought on line...
do we expect someone to buy it on the basis of banking it for a rosier time in the future?....
The only firm financial transaction appears to be the court fine imposed on the company by the court.

Ideas anyone???
