Sale is made when money is received. I can cite simple examples to make sense of sales definition. The point is that AD should have put conditions in agreement that if money is not received within agreed time then company should pay cnx a penalty. It is nearly 60 days now but there is no word from shanxi coal. Why is it that Cnx is not able to execute any agreement?

I am worried that cnx is giving out it's technology paper after signing agreements which these companies like shanxi, Adani (India) will use to produce their own syngas rather paying loyalty to cnx. Not saying cnx would have done this but I can't trust AD as well. Hope am wrong completely and hence I think AD's departure is good for cnx
