    I would refrain from slamming any nationality here as it’s not fair when our economy now relies on them. The fact is when you are doing such agreements with any party, there are major implications including access to some confidential information and in CNX case I am guessing their technology papers and process to extract syngas with results from Bloodwood creek.

    I am just worried that CNX is giving out all the syngas extraction information without any clause in the agreement. If the right conditions are in the agreement, I wouldn’t worry as you don’t share information until you receive money as commitment. Linc has successfully implemented agreement with Chinese so I don’t see why would we blame Chinese when they are actually supporting Australian economy by pumping money into it when our own govt is delaying the approval of the technology for past few years.
