Put simply, existing shareholders were sold Andash and Murchison and despite coughing up the money, neither have yet lived up to expectations.
Like yourself, I have been watching this pan out for years. However, I finally bit the bullet. I still like the company. Half now and half if/when the MC hits $25mil.
I gave up trying to pick bottoms years ago - too much second guessing and hypothesizing. I have about a 5 year time-frame for this one though.
