    Deutsche Bank's Tim Baker has decided to take a look at small "boats".

    Suggests small resources have lagged larger peers by about 50% since March 2012, primarily because of higher costs and them being less diversified producers.. Valuations are now low and stabilizing commodity prices suggest better times ahead.

    The broker's key picks are SFR, BDR, DLS & SXY.
