Based on my extremely basic knowledge charting has no bearing ORO for the following reasons:
- there are NO buyers in the queue. Volume wise we are essentially dead in the water
- I'm pretty sure a "double bottom" at the lowest possible trading price on the ASX is not a true charting indicator. Even if it was significant the time elapsed since that was observed means it is no longer a relevant indicator
"The indicators clearly say the 01 level is achievable, which would make this a 10 bagger".
I respectfully but strongly disagree and would be concerned if anyone purchased this stock on that assertion. The indicators currently suggest that very little is achievable:
- close to zero cash
- all projects stalled - the last 2 or 3 quarterlies have almost been a carbon copy of each other (ie there is nothing to report in the activities report)
- NO funds to buy into new projects without doing a significant and highly dilutive CR. There is no point hanging our hopes on a new project when there just isn't any money to do so
- I suspect that if we were to raise funds it would be very difficult to find anyone willing to invest
My bleak prediction for ORO - permanent suspension and receivership/liquidation within the next 3 months so we can finally claim the capital loss come June 30.
