I think some of the figures that you quote are now out of date. the debt to equity figures will be incorrect as BDR is paying down its debt, whereas NST has just take out a new 50 million loan facility to pay for its aquisitions.
Also your figures show the dividend payout for BDR falling in 2015, but it should rise substantially as there will be no debt to service.
