I noticed the fall in Sp occurred as soon as the MD resigned Mark Donnison.

It was totally unexplained and from the numerous emails I had sent him he always seemed happy and upbeat.

I think basically the Medivet buy out created some sort of tension between the parties and Donnision didnt agree to the terms laid on the table before him.
