The naysayers and doomsdayers are still holding a long term buy on sxy otherwise they wouldn't be " watching " waiting for an entry point. 2015 and beyond will be very different time for this company - they are getting ready for the transformation by adding more staff accordingly.
You need to spend money to make money, I'm quite happy with how management have performed to date and just see this as an opportunity to buy more.
