so 1 for 5 = 1.5 - 2 cents
respective market cap
12 millions = 16 millions
under 1.5 is a good buy not good bye
most likely will trade at 2 cents as a touch base
..
right issue at 0.015 not impossible,, but they are cashed up
and would be more sense to make an issue at higher price??
