Jonman if you are a Mum and Dad investor, this type of stocks may not the best for you.
If you buy in to a penny stock with couple of billion shares this is bound to happen.
TSV consolidating to reduce the number of shares on issue and the new face value per share will be 2c. theoretically you don’t lose the money due to consolidation but I don’t know it will hold the value at 2c or will come down.
As an example you had 1000000 shares at 0.004 C , Value = $ 4000
After consolidation you only have 200000 Shares at 2c = Value still $4000
