What a clear and blatant case for ASIC. But, nothing will happen. We can only assume some 'possible criminal' with clear knowledge of the crap result just dumped...mind you, there has been continuous selling since the hopeless management told us in November that everything was going beaut.
Just a terrible story all round. Directors bailing after telling us they were expecting to be a top 200 company, executives switched/dismissed weekly and absolute horse crap told to the ASX and shareholders.Does anyone in RFL know what they are doing? Maybe these acquisitions were beyond the ability to manage/integrate or they were sold a pup.A clear explanation and some direction is necessary from the pathetic board. Maybe they can stop selling and buy to how some integrity.
