interest rate drop and relentless search for real assets & yield in the stock market will see the likes of AVJ and FRI shoot way up imo.

i agree with smugtown's analysis. i'm expecting a dividend of 4c. even at today's prices, a 5.5c full year dividend gives an 8.4% yield before franking credits.

most of the high yield, low P/E stocks have shot way up recently. stocks like BFG, MOC, MND, MLD etc. are all gone and looking at value or expensive now..

AVJ and FRI are still looking very compelling. They are profitable, with positive outlook. manageable debt. single digit P/E and >8% yield. once the market gets over their housing bubble concern (and make no mistake, it IS in a bubble, but its got longer to go as global currency debasement continues and the flight to safety/real assets continues in response).
