There has been a relentless seller for the last nine months. But no substantial shareholder notification. I'm surprised that AVJ has not been able to get buyers to take out the stake in one hit.

Personally, I think that the demand for below median price houses over East will remain strong. Why wouldn't it in a low interest rate, low unemployment environment ?

When the rally will come, who knows ? But I enjoyed banking my interim dividend cheque today, and will look forward to a bigger one later in the year. For now, that will have to do.
