Dividend pay out set in stone at 40-50% of NPAT
FY15 dividends were .01 and .03 (4c FF)
FY16 dividends were .015 and expected .035-.04 (5-5.5c FF)
On a current share price that is 10% FF dividend.
And NTA is slowly increasing, and sits at 89c.
As i keep saying, we have both value and yield.
Value will realised in time, and until then, i'll enjoy my yield
