Whats going on????, page-38

Lets not forget it was Managements decision to not secure enough funds earlier, they had multiple opportunities to raise at 2c+ (and without oppies) however we were told multiple times "don't want to dilute the share price" "doesn't reflect correct value of the business" and now we are left running with nothing in the tank and look at the share price.

I am surprised not more shareholders aren't angry and trying to engage Management to find out further details....
Their will be a deal, my assumption is a good deal however as a LT holder I am very disappointed others can jump in at this ridiculously low Share price, Management needs to support it's value.

This company is being run like a private enterprise.
