@William D, IMO I think your previous point around them not calling the EGM yet is spot on.
They seem to be hanging out for the last possible moment to have the meeting. Probably in the belief that one or more of these major deals will eventuate? Personal view only but I believe this demonstrates a certain level of confidence from Chris and the board. I just wish I knew what they knew and shared the same level of confidence.
Lets hope they prepare a solid investor presentation for the meeting. GLTAH all.
