Long time reader first time writer on HC.
Purchased this stock a few months ago as felt at time company was in good hands and growing etc.
Have since been extremely disappointed with the progress or lack of by Board and management.
Upon checking out Board of this company am dismayed to see only 3 Directors, one of which is still a CFO at Cape Lambert Resources a company that has not travelled well for past few years and would question the ability of this appointment for MCS Security. The Chairman Bob Kucera seems very logical given his background in Policing and Government.
This company needs a major shake up in order for it to start performing at levels demanded by us shareholders.
