still doesn't pass the pub test to me. Now that the share price has tanked, what price is the selective share buy back going to be stuck at ? Looks like there are some questions to be asked about the due diligence which was done here by MSG/Red Gum. Interesting that Stantons were the auditor of Red Gum and MCS and one of the Stanton entities did the Investigating Accountants Report in the Prospectus. Im looking forward to a more complete detailed disclosure going forward and some guidance for FY17 as there is no clarity about how they are tracking.
