Ok, my 2c. look at EPS growth over the past 3-4 years. Using commsec data from 23.5cps in 2014 to 25.6cps in 2017 is a mere 2.89% growth compared to 9 year growth from 2008 to 2017 of 12.89%. Solid ROE result and ROC of 24.2% and 16.2% but shareholders diluted during these share issues to fund the acquisitions. Debt is low and repayable within 1.4 years and the acquistions should've been funded with debt rather than equity issues. So whilst company grows the shareholder eps hasn't grown.

I just sold all my holdings of WEB - 223K worth and divested it into TPM and VTG which have more potential according to my calculations.
