only moc can do that.

why shd banks take blame ?
they just say broker said so.
hav u ever apllied for a home loan ?
u hav to present payslips and all.
if customers give wrong info. then also blame broker.
if bank a cepts wrong info then also blame broker.
broker only way to get bigger and better choice.
u fet hsbc , ing , credit unions ....who are slowly gaining market share.
