You may want to turn your attention to the level of cheese products imported into China from Italy France and Holland. We are not a pimple compared to what these countries provide China. To put it bluntly, quality artisan foods is still missing in our vocabulary. Other Milk and IF which these countries provide in far greater volumes, our other milk products like hard or soft cheeses do not rate.
