I believe Ross mentioned during the Melbourne workshop that the titles would be transferred to the new wholly owned Project Company, and upon S32 signing the EIA they would be issued 60% shares in the Project Company. As things currently stand, Inca owns 100% of shares in the Project Company. The titles themselves aren't being transferred to S32.
I can't speak to whether the titles have already transferred or not, and wouldn't have thought this would be a lengthy process. As you may know in Aus, it takes less than 30 mins to spin up a new proprietary company and you could probably have titles transferred between companies same day particularly if they are owned by the same beneficiaries which in this case is Inca. Hope that helps.
