    I went through this recently with another ASX listed entity regarding sale of a major asset for 15m.

    At the time I had a dummy spit and tossed the teddy from the cot.

    I got some sagely advice from some other wiser HC colleagues, Basically the gist was: complex transactions take time and all the delay shows is they are bad at forecasting the time required to meet the objectibe.

    The skinny is: The sale did go through but did not meet the their forecast schedule.

    No news does not mean bad news.
