whats going on?

    After 7 years of trying to pick the best telecom and media stocks on the ASX, listed investment company Amcil was liquidated. Amcil, which was backed by broking firm J B Were called quits last year after the implosion of the dotcom sector...Please read on :-

    Fair enough, but now a director of AFI, Mr B B Teele has bought back into AMH and now owns 1,353,659 shares!
    Meanwhile, other J B Were associated companies DJW and AFI have also bought AMH. DJW now own 10.51% and AFI 9.16%
    I now discover that since the windup announcement a number of approaches have been made to acquire the Companies listed shell.
    Does anyone know what plans are afoot?
