I thought that the recent qtr update wasn't too bad....maybe the market expected better...anyhow it's given me a chance to top up today.
it might be just the simple fact that with it going ex div investors have dried up and placing the money elsewhere. my guess is that at some stage the excellent div payout of over 7% will be too hard to resist for some...wouldn't be surprised if it rallies shortly.
