Not all projects will get funded.
Knowing which projects can obtain funding is the key and why.

Investor confidence is returning to Tanzania as evidence from recent articles and from recent investment drives by Tanzania being oversubscribed by 110%. (more than double).

I certainly would not like to be invested in projects that ;

Have much HIGHER Capex
Have much HIGHER Opex
Have much HIGHER Working Capital requirements

Have LOW to LITTLE to NO Free Cash Margins
Have LOW head grades under 10% TGC and have ULTRA LOW cut off grades 2% TGC
(BTW - WKT cut off grades are 10% equivalent to what other hopefuls have as their head grades.)
Have not so favourable Flake Size Distribution.

Have DEEP mining operations.
Have MASSIVE overburden.
(BTW - WKT from surface to 50m-60m)

Have LONG time frames to be into production from start of funding.
(BTW - all WKT long lead items have been brought and paid for and ready for immediate shipping when the funding is completed. PLUS it just saved 3-4 months on the project timeline.)

Have quantities that are not in step with the market today.

WKT is the superior project only due to a combination of factors that provide greater cost advantages across multiple aspects of the deposit that influence the projects ability to support a financiers risk averse due diligence process.

Low COST Producers will always have an advantage and will be successful in any market downturns ; )
