There is every need to address any project in every detail as this is what needs to be done to identify what a World Class Project looks like.

Robust economics are required to obtain debt finance. The much HIGHER Capex projects require portions of debt finance as without it, the equity participation is simply out of reach of becoming a reality.​

Do you honestly think other projects with much HIGHER Capex costs requiring $60M - $100M AUD and HIGHER of EQUITY is achievable today ? Not at all IMO. ​

Most projects simply do not have the robust economics to be funded.

WKT has the economic robustness that most others are lacking.

The Debt pathway was always the best path for WKT and Shareholders.
Equity is lost forever to shareholders and Debt is always far more favourable in the long term for shareholders that hold ; )

The Pareto Loan Note will run its course.
No Fatal Flaws.
New potential debt investors continued coming forward.
No one has walked away.
Now that the Barrick and GoT issue has now been legally concluded.
High level meetings have been held and the investment climate has noticeably changed for Tanzania.
My expectation is that the funding will drop with out warning.
