From the most recent asx update:
“Lilac expects to begin on- site processing of Kachi brines in the first week of October.”
If I was LKE management I would definitely provide another announcement once commissioning is all done & the demo plant is operational.
As for the dispute - expect resolution by end of November. Expect lilac to get an extension on the deadline with some agreed penalties or etc going forward should other agreed milestones be missed.
I think LKE need to show flexibility while showing investors/partners/offtakes they are serious about delivering on time.
