Agree with purchasing listed property at this time during the cycle. I have an interest in APZ and GDF, GDF trading at a 40% discount, quarterly divs and undertaking a buy back. APZ has residential accommodation in many Australian states and no office buildings. GDF has predominantly industrial warehouses and showrooms and is also a developer. It does have a couple of small office blocks in Melbourne. Personally I think certain selected listed property companies have been oversold. Also hold VAP. Fingers crossed for AFG though !
