    Depends on what you buy and where. If u don’t want the stress in property then buy a new house in a new area with good infrastructure. Rents are booming and neutrally geared after tax benefits. You get all the tenants info on jobs, income, pets etc so it’s not that hard to get that right. You get much greater leverage buying property too. Say u put up $70k for a house ($50 deposit and $20k LMI/stamp duty etc), you are making money on a $500k house, not $70k in shares.
    A lot will agree with you but I do nothing with my houses and getting them paid off for me aswell as great capital growth. Each to their own I guess
